The number of services provided by Dr. Resnansky has grown over the years. This expansion of services has been dictated by patient’s needs and the ever changing standards of care. Dr. Resnansky evaluates new technologies and materials thoroughly before ever bringing them into the practice.

Too many “old time” practices feel, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. Often times this proves correct, but with this philosophy, if a truly better material or procedure becomes available this mentality is not in the best interest of the patient. That is why challenging, continuing education is so important.

On the other hand, being cutting edge is great for marketing but when there are no long term studies to back up materials and procedures how is the patient served in the long run.

Aligned with our Practice Philosophy there is a simple criterion for new materials and procedures:

   “If a procedure or materials is good enough to use on family it’s good enough for the practice.”
